60 Years of Community Magic
The Seymour Pumpkin Festival

Get ready to celebrate a diamond milestone! The 60th Annual Seymour Pumpkin Festival is here, transforming French Memorial Park into a spectacular autumn wonderland bursting with color, creativity, and community pride.

What began in 1965 as a modest harvest celebration organized by the Seymour Garden Club has grown into one of Connecticut’s most cherished fall traditions. Originally created to celebrate the season and raise funds for community beautification, the festival has blossomed into a regional favorite that draws thousands each year — all while keeping its warm, hometown charm.

A Festival with purpose

Here’s to 60 years of pumpkins, partnership, and community. 🎃

While the Seymour Pumpkin Festival is packed with fun, its heart has always been philanthropy. As a non-profit organization, every booth fee, every ticket, and every pumpkin treat helps give back.

Festival proceeds fund scholarships for local students, support community organizations, and strengthen youth programs throughout Seymour. For 60 years, this celebration has not only marked the harvest season — it has helped cultivate opportunity, generosity, and hometown pride.

Join us as we celebrate six decades of pumpkins, people, and purpose. Here’s to honoring our roots, celebrating our present, and growing an even brighter future — together.

🎃 See you at the festival!
